REALTORS®: introducing the new and improved SentriConnect®! Our app allows SentriLock lockbox owners to grant secure time-controlled access to their properties.
SentriConnect will inform the listing agent who specifically accessed the property—and when. Then display that individual’s contact information, arrival and departure times.
How It Works
Here’s how it works: Through the SentriKey® Real Estate mobile app, the listing agent grants secure, temporary lockbox access to a specific individual, such as an out-of-area agent, a contractor, painter, photographer, inspector, or any person requiring controlled access to a property.
The individual will receive an email invite from the listing agent to download the SentriConnect mobile app on their device and complete the registration process to get the approved access.
By granting access to a specific individual, code sharing is eliminated. In fact, there is no authorization code or PIN number required! Everything, including lockbox access, is controlled and recorded directly through SentriKey Real Estate app. This provides an additional layer of security and control—and makes a full suite of information available to you.
Listing Agent Features
Listing Agents can now:
- Schedule granted access up to 14 days in advance (On screen: significantly longer than most competitors)
- Receive instant notification when the granted individual accesses and departs the property.
- Also, you’re able to manage and revoke access at any time.
User Features
For individuals who are granted access:
- SentriConnect is a one-time registration process.
- Users can view which lockboxes they have access to in a specific area.
- Get a Google Maps view of the assigned property location.
- Access the listing agent’s contact information in the app.
- Receive pertinent property-specific information such as alarm codes and directions (Don’t let the dog out of the fenced yard!).
- Use Biometrics for secure lockbox access.
