A: Absolutely! You can call us directly at the number(s) below, and we’ll walk you through the process. Or, you can renew your SentriCard by following these step-by-step instructions. Or, simply make the switch to using the SentriKey® Real Estate (SKRE) mobile app for lockbox accesses and NEVER have to a renew your card again. It’s easy to use and offers more robust features and options than the SentriCard. Take a quick look at how the SKRE app can power your property access experiences.
Q: I don’t remember my PIN/password. Can you provide it to me?
A: We know what it’s like to juggle a lot of personal and business PINs and passwords. If you’re in a pinch, just give us a call, and we’ll be happy to send out a PIN/Password reset email to you. We’ll soon be able to offer “prompt” questions for you to answer so that we can release that confidential information when you call. In the meantime, we encourage you to set up Touch ID or Face ID for the SentriKey® Real Estate (SKRE) mobile app so that you have one less thing to remember … and can access lockboxes faster than ever!
