How to Take Release the Shackle on a SentriLock Lockbox

 

 

1. Launch the app on your device.

To start, launch the SentriKey® Real Estate App

 

2. Open The Menu in The Top Left

This menu is often called the “Hamburger Menu” and is 3 horizontal bars stacked on top of one another in the top left corner.

 

3. Tap ‘My Lockboxes’

 

4. Tap ‘Release Shackle’

 

5. On your lockbox, press ‘ENT’.

This establishes a connection from the lockbox to the app. You’ll see a flashing blue light on the top left of the lockbox.

 

6. In the app, enter your PIN (or use Touch ID / Face ID.) and tap ‘Release Shackle’.

 

7. Tap OK. The shackle will release.
