How to Assign a SentriLock Lockbox to a Property

 

 

1. Launch the SentriKey® Real Estate app.

 

2. Open The Menu in The Top Left

This menu is often called the “Hamburger Menu” and is 3 horizontal bars stacked on top of one another in the top left corner.

 

3. Tap ‘My Lockboxes’

 

4. Click on ‘Assign/Unassign’ Property

 

5. Search For Your Desired Lockbox

 

6. Select The Desired Property You Want It Assigned To

 

7. Tap on The ‘Assign to Property’ Button

It will ask you if you would like to assign it to a listing. To do so, hit ‘confirm.’

 

8. The Lockbox Has Been Assigned to a Property

You should see a screen that says ‘Success!’ which indicates the firmware has been successfully updated.

How to Change Property Access Settings For SentriLock Lockbox Assignments

 

 

1. On The Same ‘Success!’ Screen, Tap on ‘More Settings’

 

2. Enter The Information Below With Desired Requirements

  • Special instructions can be included or include additional information.
  • Homeowner notifications can be set up to notify when a showing begins and ends.

3. The Property Access Settings Have Been Updated

You should see a screen that says ‘Success!’ which indicates the firmware has been successfully updated.
