Toggle Accounts

Members with multiple accounts can now easily toggle between them

Toggle Accounts via Your Profile

If you have multiple accounts within the SentriLock system, you are no longer required to sign out of one account to access another. Now, you have the ability to toggle between accounts in both the SentriKey® Real Estate website and app.

Simply go to your account and click on your profile. To add existing accounts, select Add Account and log into that account. Once you select the account you’d like to work from, the coordinating information will appear and you can toggle back and forth within your profile settings.

• All assets for each account – lockboxes, listings, account information, message center notifications – will stay connected to each account as you toggle between them with this new function.
• A success message will be displayed when a new account is successfully logged in.
• The Agent Safety feature will not be impacted by this change.
