Because the showing service is directly tied to our lockbox hardware, the app detects when a showing ends and immediately prompts the buyer's agent feedback. The showing service platform must be turned on at the association or MLS level before individual members can access it. If it isn't active in your market, reach out to your local association leadership to request it.
Because our showing platform requires a deep sync with local MLS data and roster infrastructures to verify agent credentials securely, it cannot be turned on for individual agents until the master association agreement is active.
Most associations complete the migration and are fully operational within 30 days. Our dedicated team manages the entire technical process from start to finish.
