How long have you been at Sentrilock? 

I have been at SentriLock for 5 years now.

 

How would you describe your role? What does your typical workday look like? 

As a Customer Success Manager, I see myself as a customer advocate. My typical workday starts early with checking emails and proactively looking for ways to better serve my customers.

 

Using 3 adjectives, how would you describe yourself, and why? 

Honest, Creative, and Generous: I always give my honest opinion, along with coming up with creative solutions for our customers’ unique needs. I also really enjoy charity and the work I do.

 

Where are you from originally? Where are you based now? 

I am from Detroit but currently reside in Cincinnati.

 

Do you have any hobbies you enjoy in your free time?

I enjoy spending my free time watching college football. 

 

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?

I love ice cream!

 

If you could have dinner with anyone (dead or alive) anywhere in the world for one night, where would you go, who would you bring with you, and what would be your meal of choice?

I would have dinner with my younger self and tell him what the future holds. My meal of choice would be Italian, and I would bring with me the current stock prices and a newspaper.
