How long have you been at Sentrilock? 

I have been with SentriLock since September 2022!

How would you describe your role? What does your typical workday look like? 

I would have to say that I enjoy engaging with the customers the most. As a Customer Experience Specialist, I find it easy to go above and beyond for our customers while keeping our brief interactions upbeat and pleasant.

Using 3 adjectives, how would you describe yourself, and why? 

Altruistic – Being in the customer service role comes naturally to me. I am always happy to assist customers and other employees, even when I don’t immediately have answers to their questions.
Inquisitive – I like the challenge of learning the “ins and outs” of whatever I’m assigned to do.
Outgoing – I am a social person by nature!

Where are you from originally? Where are you based now? 

I am originally from Hamilton, Oh. I still live in the area.  

Do you have any hobbies you enjoy in your free time?

In my free time, I run a small screen-printing business. My business partner and I do a lot of work for the city and are involved in a lot of community events in Hamilton. I also like to attend live music events and am an avid vinyl collector. I also volunteer for a local animal rescue and foster from time to time.

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?

I used to show horses growing up.

If you could have dinner with anyone (dead or alive) anywhere in the world for one night, where would you go, who would you bring with you, and what would be your meal of choice?

Tom Waits. It would have to be a little hole in the wall bar in Italy. I don’t think I would bring anyone with me. We would have coffee and whatever little bites that are offered.
