Meet The Team: Kevin Arch

We’re excited to kick off the Meet the Team Blog series with Kevin Arch, Manager of our Customer Success Team. Get to know Kevin in this Q&A!

How long have you been at SentriLock? 

I’ve been at Sentrilock since June 2023.

How would you describe your role? What does your typical workday look like? 

As the Head of Customer Success, each day is unique. However, our underlying goal is to ensure our customers are receiving value from SentriLock products by providing personalized, proactive, and unparalleled relationship management throughout their journey with us.

Using 3 adjectives, how would you describe yourself, and why? 

Professionally, I’d describe myself as empathetic, strategic, and results driven. I’m passionate about understanding customer needs and making sure they receive the value and service they expect. I enjoy serving as the customer’s voice within the organization and working with teams to implement strategic success plans that will create and foster long-term relationships.

Where are you from originally? Where are you based now? 

I was born here in West Chester, Ohio, where our headquarters are based. I grew up in Connecticut but went to college and worked in Philadelphia for 20 years. In 2019, my family and I relocated back to West Chester.

Do you have any hobbies you enjoy in your free time?

I enjoy running, golfing, and fishing. I love seeing live music and going to concerts as much as possible.

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?

I’m a massive fan of Arsenal Football Club and of the English Premier League. I spend my weekend mornings glued to the TV watching the matches.

If you could have dinner with anyone (dead or alive) anywhere in the world for one night, where would you go, who would you bring with you, and what would be your meal of choice?

I’d have dinner with my father and bring along my mother, sister, and brother. One last meal as a family at our favorite restaurant in Ana Maria Island, Florida would be incredible.
