Meet The Team: Jonathan Lloyd

How long have you been at Sentrilock? 

I’ve been at SentriLock since November 2022.

How would you describe your role? What does your typical workday look like? 

As Customer Success Manager, I manage partnerships with REALTOR® associations in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Texas, South Dakota, and North Dakota. I also work directly with each association’s respective administrators for their needs as we grow the partnership.

Using 3 adjectives, how would you describe yourself, and why? 

I’m a people person: I love to talk and interact with people. I am also responsive and manage my accounts with efficiency. Finally, I’m a quick learner. I learn on-the-go and am able to retain information quickly.

Where are you from originally? Where are you based now? 

I’m from Cincinnati, and I still live there. 

Do you have any hobbies you enjoy in your free time?

I love all kinds of sports, and I also like to travel. Family is a big part of my life, so I enjoy spending time with them as well.

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?

I met Michael Jordan at his restaurant in Chicago in 1996.

If you could have dinner with anyone (dead or alive) anywhere in the world for one night, where would you go, who would you bring with you, and what would be your meal of choice?

I would have dinner with Dan Patrick, a local person from Mason, who is now a big-time sports talk radio personality. We could go to a restaurant in Italy and have some pasta or pizza.
