Meet The Team: D’Neece Barnes

How long have you been at SentriLock?

I have been with SentriLock since January 2019.

How would you describe your role? What do you enjoy the most about being a Customer Experience Specialist?

My role is very rewarding. I enjoy helping real estate agents use our products and being able to give other Customer Experience Specialists the tools they need to provide the exceptional service that we are known for. 

Using 3 adjectives, how would you describe yourself, and why? 

Resilient, passionate, and open–minded. I say this because I never give up – I push myself to the highest limit because I want to be the best at my job. SentriLock is the place that values a lot of same things that I value in my personal life, and striving to be the best is important to me. SentriLock also provides the tools and support I need to do my job well even when things are ever–changing in our industry. I am open to it all and it makes me proud to knock out our goals even though it can be stressful. The management team does a very good job of praising us for a job well done, which is very rare in the call center environment. It truly does make SentriLock the best place to work. 

Where are you from originally? Where are you based now? 

I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. I am currently residing in Gainesville, Florida. 

Do you have any hobbies you enjoy in your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy traveling abroad, and I love to cruise. My next trip in 2024 is to Bali!

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?

I was valedictorian of my 1995 high school class. 

If you could have dinner with anyone (dead or alive) anywhere in the world for one night, where would you go, who would you bring with you, and what would be your meal of choice?

If I could have dinner with anyone dead or alive for one night, I would go to Dubai. It’s so beautiful there! I would bring my paternal grandmother, and I would have lamb chops with asparagus and a nice glass of wine.
