Meet The Team: Diana Keller

How long have you been at Sentrilock? 

I started at SentriLock in August of 2020, so I just recently celebrated three years with the company!

How would you describe your role? What does your typical workday look like? 

My role is exactly what it sounds like; as a Customer Success Manager, I manage the success of my customers. I work side by side with Association Executives and their team to ensure that they are successful in all they do, as it relates to SentriLock.

On a typical day, I spend a lot of time answering emails! I know that doesn’t sound like much, but my clients reside in the entire country of Canada as well as Minnesota, Montana, Oklahoma, and Florida, so it’s the easiest way for me to work closely with them. I also spend a lot of time researching market data to help my customers make informed decisions and understand trends.

Using 3 adjectives, how would you describe yourself, and why? 

I would say the three adjectives that describe me best are bubbly, motivated, and passionate.

I have always been driven by serving others and being successful (if you’re familiar with the Enneagram, I am a 2W3), and so I have found that the best way I can serve others is to be a positive presence. If I can serve others, follow through on what I say I will do, and be a light in the dark for them – I feel a deep sense of fulfillment.

Where are you from originally? Where are you based now? 

I grew up in Dayton, Ohio, but moved an hour south to Cincinnati, Ohio, when I was in my early 20’s.

Do you have any hobbies you enjoy in your free time?

I have a lot of hobbies that I enjoy in my free time! If I’m staying home, listening to vinyl records while playing board games is a favorite pastime. If I want to go out, I love checking out new restaurants and visiting swanky cocktail bars.

I also love to run half marathons, FC Cincinnati, and Formula 1 Racing!

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?

Prior to coming to SentriLock, I was a high school teacher for nearly a decade! Even though I knew leaving the classroom was the right thing to do, I still miss teaching.

To fill the void in my heart, I launched a personal development podcast in 2021! The podcast is a platform that allows me to still teach…just in a non-traditional way.

If you could have dinner with anyone (dead or alive) anywhere in the world for one night, where would you go, who would you bring with you, and what would be your meal of choice?

Traveling with my husband is one of my favorite things to do, so I would want to go with him! I don’t have a specific restaurant in mind, but I love French food and I love tasting menus. So, I would probably say I would want to go to a high-end small plate/tasting menu restaurant in France!
