Minimum Supported Operating Systems

Apple iOS 13+ Android 10+

For the best user experience, we recommend using the most current operating system version for your device and enabling auto-updates in your app store to ensure you're on the most recent version of our app.

  • Bluetooth® Connectivity: Requires a Bluetooth® Low Energy compatible device plus the supported operating systems referenced above.
  • Incompatible Systems: The SentriKey® Real Estate Mobile App is not compatible with Windows Mobile or BlackBerry operating systems.

Web Portal Access

Minimum Web Requirements

  • PC/Operating Systems: We recommend the most recent version of Windows or macOS.
  • Supported Browsers: We recommend using the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari for the best user experience.
  • Connectivity: Active high-speed internet access required.
Network & Firewall Note: Certain firewall systems and network configurations can prevent communication with the SentriLock system. Reconfiguration of services or network settings may be necessary on the user's end.
