FAQs
The lockbox offers three secure access methods. Use Bluetooth® through the SentriKey® app, tap with NFC Touch-N-Show®, or generate a temporary FlexCode® for scheduled access. This multi-access approach ensures agents can still gain entry if one method is unavailable.
SentriGuard® uses AES-256 encryption and ECDSA security, creating a higher level of digital protection than standard mechanical lockboxes. The pry-resistant compartment and bolt-cutter-resistant shackle have been independently tested against attacks. Every access event is logged for a complete audit trail.
Yes. Temporary access can be granted through FlexCodes® or SentriConnect®.
FlexCodes® can be customized for a specific date and time window, from 30 minutes up to 31 days, making them ideal for contractors, inspectors, photographers, homeowners, or nonmember agents.
SentriConnect® is our app that allows third-party individuals or contractors to access the lockbox. Through your SentriKey® Real Estate app, you can grant them a specific date and time window, from 30 minutes up to 14 days, using a secure, Bluetooth® connection for access.
The long-life lithium battery is designed to last up to 10 years. It is fully user-replaceable and includes a built-in backup battery for added reliability, minimizing maintenance and downtime.
Yes. SentriGuard® works with the SentriKey® Real Estate app on compatible iOS and Android devices. For NFC-based Touch-N-Show®, your device must support Near Field Communication (NFC). Bluetooth® access remains available on all supported devices.
