How do I know when a contractor has actually entered the property?

The app tracks it for you. Because SentriConnect® requires a secure Bluetooth® connection to open and close the lockbox, you receive real-time entry notifications directly on your smartphone, providing a definitive audit trail.

What happens if a contractor arrives early or late for their window of time?

You maintain complete control. SentriConnect® access only functions during the exact window you specified in the SentriKey® Real Estate app. If a schedule changes, you can always grant the user a new access period that works best for them
