Method 1: Bluetooth (BLE)

  1. Open the SentriKey® Real Estate app.
  2. Press the ENT button on the lockbox keypad.
  3. Verify credentials via PIN, Touch ID, or Face ID. The key bin will open.

Method 2: Touch-N-Show (NFC)

  1. Open the SentriKey® Real Estate app.
  2. Tap Touch-N-Show on the app Home screen.
  3. Confirm the lockbox is a SentriGuard® model.
  4. Hold your phone against the lockbox target area to open the key bin.
