How to Generate a Shackle Release Code

  1. Open the SentriKey® Real Estate app and tap the Release Shackle tile.
  2. Tap Get Shackle Release Code.
  3. Select the desired lockbox.
  4. Pick a date for the code and tap Get Shackle Release Code.
  5. Verify credentials via PIN or biometrics. Your Shackle Release Code will appear.

How to Use a Shackle Release Code

  1. Press ENT on the lockbox keypad. Type in the Shackle Release Code and press ENT.
  2. The shackle will release.
  3. Pull the shackle free.
