Shanna Terroso is the Executive Officer for the REALTORS® Association of York and Adams Counties (RAYAC) in Pennsylvania. RAYAC's mission is "to be the advocate for real property rights, promote high standards of professionalism and support the success of our members."
The Story
More than a decade ago, RAYAC transitioned to SentriLock after experiencing customer support challenges with its previous provider. According to Terroso, responsive support and a commitment to member success have continued to reinforce that decision over the years.

Smooth Upgrades and Modern Integration
Over time, SentriLock's technology, customer support, and continued product enhancement have helped RAYAC improve the overall member experience. The association also completed a successful upgrade to Bluetooth®-enabled lockboxes, making it easier for members to securely access properties using the SentriKey® Real Estate app.

Today, the vast majority of RAYAC members use the SentriKey® Real Estate app, giving agents flexible, secure property access while improving efficiency in the field.
