Larry Landry is the Administrative Executive for Four County Board of REALTORS®, located in Northeast Mississippi. The association's mission "is to partner with members by enhancing professionalism and economic prosperity for the real estate community."
The Problem
Before implementing SentriLock, the Four County Board of REALTORS® did not have an electronic lockbox system in place. Because the association serves a large rural market, agents often had to drive 30 to 40 miles just to pick up and return physical keys for showings. Those extra trips limited the number of properties agents could show each day and consumed valuable time that could have been spent serving clients.
The Solution
When Four County Board of REALTORS® selected SentriLock, the implementation team developed a custom rollout plan, deployed 300 lockboxes, and supported members through virtual training and educational webinars to ensure a smooth transition.
With SentriLock, agents no longer needed to make unnecessary trips to retrieve keys, saving approximately one hour per showing. Instead, they could securely access listings using SentriLock technology, improving efficiency and giving them more time to focus on clients.
Listing agents can also provide secure, temporary, and revocable access to inspectors, contractors, and other authorized service providers. This reduces scheduling challenges while maintaining complete control over property access.
