My Schedule
My Schedule Overview
Note: Features in the SentriKey Showing Service® may be dependent on the tier you subscribe to.
The My Schedule menu provides an actionable interface for managing showings for your buying and selling clients. The My Schedule menu includes:
- Dashboard: Manage action items for today, tomorrow, and beyond.
- Check the status of showings on your listings
- Check the status of showings you have
- Review and resend confirmation requests
- View Calendar: Daily view of your calendar, color-coded by appointment status.
- Add, edit, or cancel appointments
- View appointment details
- Schedule a Showing: Easily schedule a single showing with or without a client.
- Build Daily Showing Itinerary: Set up a daily showing itinerary and view the best driving route.
For the Showing Agent: Schedule a Single Showing
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Schedule.”
- Tap “Schedule a Showing.”
- Enter the property address into the Search field and select it from the list.
- (Optional) Select a Client from the list or tap “Skip.”
- Select a Date, Time, Showing Duration, and Showing Type.
- Tap “Schedule Now.”
- A screen confirming the request appears. A message will be sent to the Listing Agent to review your request.
- Tap “Done.”
For the Showing Agent: Build a Daily Itinerary
With the SentriKey Showing Service®, you can schedule multiple showings with a client.
Note: This feature can only be used to schedule appointments with one Client looking at several properties in the same day. You can build multiple itineraries for the same day.
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Schedule.”
- Tap “Build Daily Showing Itinerary.”
- (Optional) Select a Client or tap “Skip.”
- Set the start date and time.
- Select a Starting Location and tap “Start Building.”
- Tap “Current Location” to begin your day from your current location (using your phone’s location).
- Tap “My Office Address” to begin your day from the address associated with your profile.
- Tap “Use a Different Address” to begin your day from any address you choose. Enter the new address in the address field.
- Add properties by entering the address and selecting the Showing Duration and Type.
- Notice the “0” in the top right of the screen, indicating your “cart” is empty.
- Tap the “+” to add a property.
- Enter the property address in the search field and select the property.
- Tap the Showing Duration field and select the amount of time.
- Tap the Showing Type field and select the type.
- Tap “Add to Itinerary.”
- Notice the “1” in the top right of the screen. Continue adding properties.
- Once all properties are added, tap “Create Route.”
- The Suggested Route displays. Tap “Request Showings” to send requests to the Listing Agents.
- A screen confirming the requests appears. Tap “Done.”
For the Showing Agent: View, Edit or Cancel an Appointment from the Dashboard
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Schedule.”
- Tap “Dashboard.”
To view an appointment:
- Tap the “Showings I Have” tab.
- Tap the “Showings on My Listings” tab.
- Tap the “All Showings” tab.
To edit or cancel an appointment:
- Tap “Showings on My Listings.”
- Tap an address from the list.
- Tap “Edit” or “Cancel Appointment.”
- Confirm the cancellation or update the details.
- Tap “Update Schedule.”
For the Showing Agent: View, Edit or Cancel an Appointment from the Calendar
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Schedule.”
- Tap “View Calendar.”
To view an appointment:
- Use the calendar widget or Search field to find a showing.
- Tap a showing to view details.
To edit or cancel an appointment:
- Use the calendar widget or Search field to find the showing.
- Tap the pencil icon next to a showing.
- Tap “Edit Appointment” or “Cancel Appointment.”
- Confirm the cancellation or update the details.
- Tap “Schedule Now.”
- Tap “Done.”
For the Listing Agent: Schedule A Single Showing
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Schedule.”
- Tap “Schedule a Showing.”
- Enter the property address and the Showing Agent’s name.
- Select a Date, Time, Showing Duration, and Showing Type.
- Tap “Schedule Now.”
- A screen confirming the request appears. Tap “Done.”
For the Listing Agent: Confirm or Decline a Showing Request from the Dashboard
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Schedule.”
- Tap “Dashboard.”
To confirm a showing request:
- Tap “Showings on My Listings.”
- Tap an address from the list of Not Confirmed appointments.
- Tap “Confirm” or “Decline.”
- Confirm the action and tap “Done.”
For the Listing Agent: Edit or Cancel a Confirmed Appointment from the Dashboard
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Schedule.”
- Tap “Dashboard.”
- Tap “Showings On My Listings.”
- Tap an address from the list of Confirmed appointments.
- Tap “Edit” or “Cancel Appointment.”
- Confirm the cancellation or update the details.
- Tap “Schedule Now.”
My Clients
My Clients Overview

The My Clients menu allows you to manage client profiles, appointments, properties, and feedback. It provides an engaging way to interact with clients through the ClientConnect app.
Use the My Clients menu to:
- View and manage client information
- Link/unlink clients
- Add and remove properties
- Edit/cancel showing appointments
- View appointment calendars
- Check client activity
- View client feedback
How the My Clients feature and the ClientConnect app interact
- Add Client: Use the My Clients menu to add a client profile.
- ClientConnect Invitation: Client receives an email to download and set up the app.
- Share & Communicate: Share properties, showings, feedback, and activity with your client.
Add, Link, and Archive Clients
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Clients.”
- Tap “Client Roster.”
- Tap the “+” in the top right corner.
- Enter client details and tap “Create Client Profile.”
- Tap “Confirm.”
To link clients:
- Find and select the client to link.
- Confirm the link.
To archive a client:
- Find and select the client.
- Tap the pencil icon.
- Tap “Archive Client.”
Add or Archive Client Properties
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Clients.”
- Tap “Client Properties.”
- Find and select the client.
- Tap the “+” in the top right corner.
- Enter property details and tap “Add Property.”
- Confirm the addition.
To archive a property:
- Find and select the property.
- Tap “Archive Property.”
- Confirm the action.
View, Edit or Cancel Client Showings
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Clients.”
- Tap “Client Schedule.”
- Find and select the client.
- View the Client’s calendar.
To edit a client showing:
- Tap the pencil icon, edit the details, and tap “Schedule Now.”
To cancel a client showing:
- Tap the pencil icon, tap “Cancel Showing.”
For directions to a showing:
- Click “Get Directions.”
View Client Activity
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Clients.”
- Tap “Client Activity.”
- Find and select the client.
- View activity details for each property.
View Client Feedback
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Clients.”
- Tap “Client Feedback.”
- Find and select the client.
- Review the feedback.
My Feedback
For the Listing Agent: Add a Feedback Form to Your Listing
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “Feedback.”
- Select a property without a feedback form.
- Tap the Enable Feedback Request checkmark.
- Choose feedback features and save.
For the Listing Agent: View Feedback on Your Listing
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “Feedback.”
- View listings with New and Pending feedback forms.
- Select a property to see details.
- Forward feedback to your client if needed.
For the Showing Agent: View Feedback on Properties
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “Feedback.”
- Tap “My Showings.”
- Review feedback for a property.
For the Showing Agent: Submit Feedback on Properties
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “Feedback.”
- Tap “My Showings.”
- Showings display Pending Review (not complete) and Submitted (complete) feedback forms. To submit feedback on your Client’s behalf, tap the arrow > next to a property from the Pending Review list.
- Enter the feedback. Tap “Submit.”
SAM™, the SentriKey™ Assistant for Mobile
Overview of Features
Note: Features in the SentriKey Showing Service® may be dependent on the tier you subscribe to.
In the SentriKey Showing Service® app, you can enable SAM™, the SentriKey™ Assistant for Mobile. SAM has two main features that help you manage your day:
- Leave Now: As you move throughout your day, SAM™ keeps track of all your appointments and lets you know when it’s nearly time to leave for your next appointment. SAM™ factors in the appointment start time and the drive time from your current location (location services must always be on for this feature to work properly).
- For example, if your next appointment starts at 2:00 PM and you have a 20-minute drive from your current location, you will receive a reminder to leave at 1:30 PM.
- Reschedule Itinerary: SAM™ can notify you when listings on your itinerary have gone pending and offer to reschedule them. With one touch of a button, SAM™ can cancel any appointments on listings that have gone pending and reschedule any remaining appointments on that itinerary. SAM™ even facilitates all the responses from the other agents and sellers (to approve the changes) and then lets you know when your itinerary is complete with the revised appointment times.
- This feature is only available on scheduled itineraries, meaning two or more appointments with one client on a specific day. This feature is not available if you have scheduled one showing for a client or have scheduled several showings for a client on separate days.
Enable SAM™
To use SAM™, the SentriKey™ Assistant for Mobile, the feature must be turned on in your app settings.
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Settings.”
- Tap “SentriKey™ Assistant.”
- Tap “Enable SAM™.”
- This screen lists some features of SAM™ and requirements for use:
- SAM™ can cancel and reschedule appointments.
- SAM™ can send reminders for upcoming appointments.
- To use SAM™, you must have push notifications enabled.
My Clients
My Clients Overview

The My Clients menu encompasses all the details for each of your clients, including profile information, appointments, properties, feedback, and more. This provides a more engaging way to interact with your clients if they download the ClientConnect app. Share recommended properties, manage your client roster, view feedback, and track client activity to easily monitor where they are in the buying process.
Use the My Clients menu to:
- View and manage client information
- Link/unlink clients
- Add and remove properties from a client’s profile
- Edit and/or cancel showing appointments
- View your clients’ appointment calendars
- Check client activity
- View client feedback
Your clients also get the ClientConnect app, which they can use to communicate with you about properties. You can send recommended properties directly to their phone, share appointments, get feedback on properties, and more. Clients can search properties, notify you of properties they are interested in, compare properties, rate them, mark them as favorites, and view their scheduled showings.
The combination of My Clients and ClientConnect is an important tool for efficiently managing your clients’ needs.
How the My Clients feature and the ClientConnect app interact
- Add Client: Use the My Clients menu to add the client profile.
- ClientConnect Invitation: Client automatically receives an email to download and set up an account in the ClientConnect app.
- Share & Communicate: Share properties, showings, feedback, and activity with your client if they use the app.
Add, Link, and Archive Clients
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Clients.”
- Tap “Client Roster.”
- Tap the “+” in the top right corner.
- Enter the client’s first name, last name, email address, mobile number, client type, and photo (optional). Tap “Create Client Profile.”
- Tap “Confirm.”
- A screen appears confirming your client has been added to your Active Clients roster. The client will receive an email to download the ClientConnect app.
To link clients:
- Tap “Link Clients.”
- Find the client to link to by scrolling through the list and tap their name.
- Confirm the link. A screen appears confirming your clients are now linked.
To archive a client:
- Find the client in your client roster by scrolling through the list and tap their name.
- Tap the pencil icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap “Archive Client.” The client will be moved to your Archived Clients list.
Add or Archive Client Properties
The client properties list includes properties you’ve recommended for your clients to preview, properties you’ve shown your clients, and properties your clients have expressed interest in seeing. If the client has installed the ClientConnect app, the properties you add will automatically be added to the client’s properties roster in ClientConnect. The client can view, mark as favorites, and compare properties in their app.
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Clients.”
- Tap “Client Properties.”
- Find your client by scrolling through the list and tap their name.
- Tap the “+” in the top right corner.
- Enter the MLS# or the property address and tap “Add Property.”
- Confirm the addition. The property now appears in the client’s list of active properties.
To archive a property:
- Tap the property you want to archive.
- Tap “Archive Property.”
- Confirm the action. The property will be moved to the archived properties list.
View, Edit, or Cancel Client Showings
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Clients.”
- Tap “Client Schedule.”
- Find your client by scrolling through the list and tap their name.
- The client’s calendar displays with any showings they have scheduled for that date. Tap on a different date to view another day’s showings.
To edit a client showing:
- Tap the pencil icon, edit the showing details, and tap “Schedule Now.”
To cancel a client showing:
- Tap the pencil icon, tap “Cancel Showing.”
For directions to a showing:
- Click “Get Directions.”
View Client Activity
The client activity page displays a graphical representation of each property shown to track where a client is in the buying process. Each time your client views a property, the activity is automatically updated from the first showing to the final walkthrough.
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Clients.”
- Tap “Client Activity.”
- Find your client by scrolling through the list and tap their name.
- The client properties already associated with their profile appear. Tap a property to expand it and view activity details.
View Client Feedback
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “My Clients.”
- Tap “Client Feedback.”
- Find your client by scrolling through the list and tap their name.
- Client feedback displays. Tap a property to review the feedback.
My Feedback
For the Listing Agent: Add a Feedback Form to Your Listing
You can set up a specific feedback form for each of your listings. All feedback forms have required questions, but you can also include optional questions. You can specify how many times you would like to send a reminder message.
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “Feedback.”
- The My Listings feedback summary page appears. Select a property without a feedback form (e.g., 1452 Cherry Street displays “Feedback Form Not Created”).
- Tap the “Enable Feedback Request” checkmark.
- Choose the feedback features you wish to enable for this listing and tap “Submit”:
- Required Questions are selected by default.
- Tap the checkmark next to any Optional Questions you want to include.
- Select the Request Frequency for reminder messages.
For the Listing Agent: View Feedback on Your Listing
When viewing your properties on the My Listings screen, you can easily see when you have new feedback and how many feedback requests are pending from the Showing Agent.
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “Feedback.”
- The My Listings feedback summary page appears. Listings display with the number of New (complete) and Pending (not complete) feedback forms (e.g., 912 Realtor Way has 1 New and 5 Pending feedback forms).
- Tap a property to see details. Feedback items display, showing New and Pending feedback.
- Tap an item in the New Feedback section to view a completed feedback form. You can forward feedback to your client by tapping “Forward to Client.”
For the Showing Agent: View Feedback on Properties
From the My Showings screen, you can review feedback from your clients. If a client submits feedback through the Client Connect app, a ClientConnect icon (CC) displays on the property photo.
- Tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Tap “Feedback.”
- Tap “My Showings.”
- Tap the arrow > next to a property from the Submitted list to review your client’s feedback.
For the Showing Agent: Submit Feedback on Properties
From the My Showings screen, you can easily see feedback requests that have not been completed and submit feedback on your client’s behalf. If a client submits feedback through the Client Connect app, a ClientConnect icon (CC) displays on the property photo.
