Feature Release – Account Security Questions and Cell Phone Verification
Existing users will be prompted to answer security questions and verify their cell phone number when logging into their account on the web or the app.
This prompt includes a message that the user has until 11/15/2022 to answer security questions and will be given the option to dismiss the message. The dismiss button will be removed on 11/15/2022, and users will be forced to answer the questions if they have not already.
A new user’s account activation will not be completed until the security questions are answered and their cell phone number has been verified.
