Remove Requirement for Agent/co-listing Agent to Confirm Appointments
If “Appointment Required, Confirm by All” is selected, only the client/occupant is required to confirm or decline an appointment.

- Appointment Required, Confirm with Any: Any designated contacts on this listing {Owner(s), Occupants(s), Listing Agent(s)} will have the ability to approve or deny appointment requests.
- Appointment Required, Confirm with All: When selecting this Appointment Mode, all Owners/Occupants will be required by default to approve all showing requests. Listing Agents can be added as necessary.
- Go and Show: Appointment requests are documented and immediately confirmed.
How to enable Appointment Required, Confirm by All
- Select a listing and go to APPT. SETTINGS tab.
- Select Appointment Required, Confirm by All from the Appointment Mode drop down box.
- Click SAVE to save the new setting.
