that it would begin operating the company’s lockboxes and Showing Service for Canadian customers using Canadian Dollars.

Previously, Canadian customers were invoiced in US dollars and were only able to make payments in US dollars. The change will bring added convenience and simplification to the accounting and treasury processes for Canadian customers.

“Our Canadian customers are incredibly important to us, and we’re grateful to them for their support of our business,” said SentriLock CEO Scott Fisher. “With this update, we’re pleased to remove a now prior challenge from the transaction process for our neighbors to the north, which is certain to improve the customer experience.”

SentriLock lockboxes are deployed across approximately 70% percent of Canadian residential real estate listings that rely on the devices to provide agents and customers with secure, safe access to properties for sale.

Canadian SentriLock customers will begin receiving bills in Canadian dollars with the next billing cycle.
