Contest Rules
- Eligibility
This promotion is open to licensed, practicing real estate agents located in the Greater Orlando, Florida, metropolitan area who:
- Active members of the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association,
- Are not current or returning SentriLock subscribers (must be a new user),
- Successfully enroll in a paid SentriLock lockbox service plan during the promotion period, and
- Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees of SentriLock, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Promotion Period
The promotion begins on June 1, 2025 and ends on August 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). The giveaway is divided into three entry periods:
- June 1 – June 30, 2025
- July 1 – July 31, 2025
- August 1 – August 31, 2025
Each month constitutes a separate entry period with its own winner.
- How to Enter
Eligible individuals who sign up for a new paid SentriLock lockbox service plan during any entry period will be automatically entered into that month’s drawing.
Limit one entry per person per entry period. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- Prize
One (1) Apple Watch (approximate retail value: $399 USD) will be awarded for each monthly entry period. Model and specifications are subject to availability. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 10 business days following the close of each monthly entry period. Winners will be notified by phone or email. If a winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree that SentriLock may use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Limitation of Liability
SentriLock is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or other errors that may occur in connection with the promotion. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SentriLock from any claims or damages arising out of participation or prize receipt.
