Here at SentriLock, we know that the key to great long-term customer relationships is to start with a great team, and we’re proud to say that we have assembled the best in world-class customer service and support.
We thought it would be fun to introduce you to some of the people that make up this dedicated workforce. That’s why we’re starting a “Meet the Team” blog series, where you’ll see new faces, hopefully some familiar ones, and get to learn more about the people that go above and beyond for our customers.
We have over 65 people from all over the nation on our support team, and these folks are available seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. EST to answer your questions, walk you through troubleshooting issues, and hopefully make your life a little easier. If you’re a REALTOR® with an association, you are probably familiar with your Customer Success Manager (CSM), but now you can learn a little more about what makes them tick both on and off the job.
