  2. Be transparent and impartial. The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics and Arbitration outlines general rules that REALTORS® should follow when presenting and negotiating multiple offers. Constant and consistent communication throughout the process will ensure that all parties are being treated fairly and can make their best offers with the most up-to-date information available.
  3. Consider using an offer management platform. Offer negotiations can involve a lot of back-and-forth between your seller and the buyer, and it can be tedious to try and keep everything straight between all the offers and counteroffers.
