There are several different things you can edit to manage your personal account within the REALTOR® Lockbox Website. In the Manage My Account tab, you will find all your personal information; such as your cell phone number, first and last name, contact phone number, email address, etc. If you are attempting to make changes to any fields on this page, and you are unable to successfully do so, your Association must make the changes for you. It is important to have a valid cell phone number listed within the Edit User page because SentriLock uses the cell phone number to identify callers and determine authorization for system access.

To manage your account settings, use the following steps:

  1. Login to the REALTOR® Lockbox Website, https://www.sentrilock.com.
  2. After logging in, click the Manage My Account tab on the left-hand side of the Main Menu.

Depending on your Association’s settings, you can manage the following information within the Manage My Account tab:

Managing Showing Notification Preferences

The Showing Notifications field appears in the Preferences group on the Edit Preferences window in the Manage My Account tab.

You can use the radio buttons in the Showing Notifications group to tell the SentriLock Server when to send you information about who accessed your lockboxes. You can also turn off showing notifications. If you choose to receive showing notifications, you will receive them through email or in the Message Center. Showing Notifications will include the Showing Agent’s name, contact information and the date and time they accessed your lockbox.

You can use the radio buttons in the Showing Notifications group to tell the SentriLock Server when to send you showing notifications. You have the following options for showing notifications:

  • Do not send showing notifications
    • The SentriLock Server will not send you showing information.
  • Send notifications as soon as they are available
    • The SentriLock Server will send you a message after it receives and processes the showing information.
  • Send all notifications daily at this time
    • The SentriLock Server will send you a message after it receives and processes the showing (12am is midnight, 12pm is noon). If you check the Send all notifications daily at this time radio button, you must select a specific time you would like to receive your showing notifications. The SentriLock Server will send you a message with your showing notifications at the time you select. For example; if you want to receive your showing notification at 10pm daily, click the  Send all notifications daily at this time radio button and select 10pm from the drown-down box.

You may also have the showing notifications copied to another email address. To do this, check the  Copy All Showing Notifications to the following email addresses checkbox, and type each additional email address in the box provided. Please enter 1 email address per line.

If you chose to have showing notifications sent to you, you need to select a Delivery Method:

  • Deliver Showing Notifications to my email
  • Deliver Showing Notifications to my phone
    • (Showing notifications will be delivered to the Message Center)
  • Deliver to both, email and to my phone
    • (Showing notifications will be delivered to your email and Message Center)
