SentriLock, LLC is set to release one of the most anticipated products in the real estate industry. Our new showing service platform – SentriKey Showing Service™ – will be available on March 31 to current SentriLock Associations and MLS customers. As a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Association of REALTORS®, SentriLock is one of the most trusted solution providers in the real estate industry.
Initially, the solution will be offered to customers that are currently using the SentriLock lockbox solution. It will provide unprecedented integration of showing scheduling, client experience management, and property access. In Q3 of 2021, SentriLock will expand access to the SentriKey Showing Service™ to Associations and MLSs that use other lockbox solutions, including Supra. Pricing will follow our historically competitive approach and provide a cost-effective alternative to other solutions in the market.
More than a year ago, SentriLock and its board of directors, chaired by NAR CEO Bob Goldberg, observed the consolidation occurring in the showing service space (Read more about Goldberg’s thoughts on the consolidation.). “Our board directed us to develop a solution to address the growing lack of choice of showing service solutions, given the natural fit with our current lockbox business,” says Scott Fisher, SentriLock Founder & CEO. “With recent industry acquisitions, this validates the decision that a trusted partner is needed more than ever to ensure REALTORS® have a choice in showing service solutions. We did this with great success in the lockbox space 18 years ago and look forward to extending this approach into showing services.”
