ClientConnect (Android Mobile App)

Overview

The ClientConnect app provides a simple way to communicate with your agent and manage property rosters. Once your agent adds you to their client roster, you’ll receive an email invitation to use the ClientConnect app. After downloading the app and creating an account, you can interact with your agent about properties, showings, and more.

Create a ClientConnect Account

To use the ClientConnect app, you’ll need to create an account. Once added to the SentriKey® Real Estate system by your agent, you’ll receive an email invitation to download the app.

  1. Review the email and follow the instructions to download the app to your phone. Find the verification code in the email.
  2. Open the ClientConnect app and tap “Enter Code Here.”
  3. Enter the verification code and your email address. Tap “Next.”
  4. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and cell phone number. Tap “Next.”
  5. Enter and confirm your password. Tap “Next” and then “Finish.”

Passwords must be at least six characters, have at least one uppercase letter, and contain at least one special character (!&@$%^).

View Showings Schedule

You can see your scheduled showings on your calendar and use your phone’s map application to get directions.

  1. Tap the Calendar icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. The calendar displays today’s appointments by default.
  3. Tap a date to view showings for that day.
  4. Tap a showing to see details.
  5. Tap “Get Directions” under the property address to open directions in your default map application.

View Messages on the Message Center

The ClientConnect app is a central hub for all your messages, including feedback notices and appointment scheduling.

  1. Tap the Message Center (envelope) icon at the bottom of the screen. Your Inbox displays.
  2. Tap a sort option (Today, Week, Month) to see messages sent in that timeframe.
  3. Tap a message to open it.

Add or Change Your Profile Picture

  1. From the home screen, tap the person icon at the top right of the screen.
  2. Tap the pencil icon.
  3. Tap “Change Photo” and upload a photo (you can take a picture or use a saved photo).
  4. Tap “Save Changes.”

Change Your Password

  1. From the home screen, tap the person icon at the top right of the screen.
  2. Tap “Change Password.”
  3. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm a new password.
  4. Tap “Submit.”

Add Your Work Address to Your Profile

Adding your work address allows you to view your work commute time when comparing properties.

  1. From the home screen, tap the person icon at the top right of the screen.
  2. Tap the pencil icon.
  3. Add your work address in the designated fields.
  4. Tap “Save Changes.”

Add a Property to Your Property List

You can add properties to your list, which your agent can also see.

  1. From the home screen, tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
  2. Tap “My Properties.”
  3. Tap “Add New.”
  4. Enter the MLS # or address of the property. Tap “Add Property.”
  5. Confirm you want to add the property to your list. Tap “Confirm.”
  6. A message appears confirming the property has been added. Tap “Done.”

View, Remove, and ‘Favorite’ a Property

Properties you have saved or that your agent sent you can be managed here.

  1. Tap the Home icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap “View All.”
  3. Tap a property to see its details.
  4. The Property Details screen displays price, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, days on the market, and more.
  • To remove a property, click “Remove Property.”
  • To mark a property as a Favorite, tap the heart icon next to the property address.

Compare Properties

You can compare up to three properties at a time.

  1. From the home screen, tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
  2. Tap “My Properties.”
  3. Tap “Compare.”
  4. Select the properties you want to compare by tapping the checkboxes. Tap “Next.”
  5. The properties appear side by side, showing data such as price, bedrooms, bathrooms, your ratings, and distance to work.

Rate Properties

After seeing a property, a feedback questionnaire is sent via the ClientConnect app.

  1. From the home screen, tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
  2. Tap “My Ratings.”
  3. Tap the arrow next to a property to submit a rating. Ratings you’ve already submitted also display here.
  4. Fill out the ratings survey and tap “Submit.” Your ratings will be shared with your Showing Agent.
