(Android Mobile App)

Overview

The ClientConnect app provides you a simple way to communicate with your agent and generate a roster of properties. Once your agent has added you to their client roster, you will receive an email inviting you to use the ClientConnect app. Once you download the app and create an account, you can easily interact with your agent about properties, showings, and more.

Create a ClientConnect Account

You’ll need to create an account to log in to the ClientConnect app. Once your agent has added you to the SentriKey® Real Estate system, you’ll receive an email invitation to download and use the ClientConnect app.

1.     Review the email and follow the instructions to download the app to your phone. Find the verification code in the email message.

2.     Open the ClientConnect app. Tap Enter Code Here.

3.     Enter the verification code from the email in the first field.

4.     Enter the email address that the email was sent to in the second field. Tap Next.

5.     Enter your first name, last name, email address, and cell phone number. Tap Next.

6.     Enter and confirm your password in both password fields. Tap Next. Tap Finish.

  • Passwords must be at least six characters, have at least one uppercase letter, and contain at least one special character (!&@$%^).

View Showings Schedule

You can see the showings you have scheduled on your calendar and even use your phone’s map application to get directions.

1.     Tap the Calendar icon at the bottom of the screen.

2.     The calendar displays today’s appointments by default.

3.     Tap a date on the left and showings for that date appear on the right.

4.     Tap a showing to see details.

5.     To get directions to a showing, tap Get Directions under the property address.  Directions open in your default map application on your device.

View Messages on the Message Center

The ClientConnect app is a central hub for all of your messages. You’ll receive feedback notices, appointment scheduling, and more.

1.     Tap the Message Center (envelope)  icon at the bottom of the screen. Your Inbox displays.

  • Tap a sort option (Today, Week, Month) to see your messages that were sent in that specified timeframe.
  • Tap a message to open it.

Add or Change Your Profile Picture

1.     From the home screen, tap the person icon at the top right of the screen.

2.     Tap the pencil icon.

3.     Tap Change Photo. Upload a photo (you can take a picture or use a saved photo).

4.     Tap Save Changes.

Change Your Password

1.     From the home screen, tap the person icon at the top right of the screen.

2.     Tap Change Password.

3.     Enter your current password, then enter and confirm a new password.

4.     Tap Submit.

Add Your Work Address to Your Profile

If you add your work address to ClientConnect, you can view your work commute time when you compare properties.

1.     From the home screen, tap the person icon at the top right of the screen.

2.     Tap the pencil icon.

3.     Add your work address in the Work Address Line 1 & 2, City, State, and Zip Code fields.

4.     Tap Save Changes.

Add a Property to Your Property List

You can add properties that you would like to learn more about to your list. Your agent also sees the properties that you’ve added.

1.     From the home screen, tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.

2.     Tap My Properties.

3.     The Properties screen displays. Tap Add New.

4.     Either enter the MLS # of the property or enter the address. Tap Add Property.

5.     A screen appears to verify that you want to add the property to your list. Tap Confirm.

6.     A message appears confirming that the property has been added to your list. Tap Done.

View, Remove, and 'Favorite' a Property

Properties you have saved as well as properties your agent sent you to review appear here.

1.     Tap the Home icon at the bottom of the screen.

2.     Tap View All.

3.     A list of your properties displays. Tap a property to see its details.

4.     The Property Details screen displays price, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, number of days on the market, and more.

  • To remove the property from your list, click Remove Property.
  • To mark a property as a Favorite, tap the heart ‘outline’ next to the property address (it becomes ‘solid’ once you mark it as a favorite). Properties you have marked as favorites not only appear in My Properties but can quickly be accessed in the My Favorites menu.

Compare Properties

From your list of saved properties, you can compare up to three properties at a time.

1.     From the home screen, tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.

2.     Tap My Properties.

3.     The Properties screen displays. Tap Compare.

4.     Checkboxes appear next to the properties. Tap the checkboxes next to the properties you want to compare. Tap Next (compare up to 3 properties).

5.     The properties appear side by side showing data on the following:

o   Price

o   Bedrooms

o   Bathrooms

o   How you rated the properties

o   Distance to work (If you entered your office address into your profile)

Rate Properties

After you’ve seen a property, a feedback questionnaire is sent to you via the ClientConnect app. You can rate the property and answer a very short survey to get your feedback. Your results are automatically sent to your agent.

1.     From the home screen, tap the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.

2.     Tap My Ratings.

3.     Tap > next to a property to submit a rating. Ratings you’ve already submitted also display on the My Ratings screen.

4.     Fill out the ratings survey then tap Submit. Your ratings will be shared with your Showing Agent.
