Mr. Fisher’s professional background includes extensive experience in telecommunications, electrical, mechanical and software engineering, electronic access control technologies and executive management.
His highly successful experience as an entrepreneur includes: Communications Research Associates (CRA), MFM Communication Software, Inc., a specialty provider of real estate industry technology services, and SentriLock, the fastest growing provider of electronic lockbox systems in North America.
Scott oversees and directs the company’s strategy and all major business functions: finance, sales/marketing and client relations, human resources, operations, information systems and programming. He has been awarded six United States Patents for electronic access control technology.
Mr. Heithaus has twenty-nine years of experience in corporate relocation management and residential real estate. His career includes executive positions with Merrill Lynch Realty, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Relocation, Monster.com and Prudential Real Estate & Relocation. His professional competencies include: global business development and marketing, managing and growing strategic alliances and supply chains, and large scale technology implementation projects.
John’s entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding very successful startups and emerging businesses: Virtual Relocation.com (acquired by Monster.com); Certified Closing Network (acquired by First American Corporation), TAOW Productions, and Superstar Factory Productions.
He holds a BA degree from Iona College (New Rochelle, NY) and a graduate diploma in International Business from Georgetown University’s McDonough Graduate School of Business and has completed Executive Programs at Northwestern University and the University of Texas/Austin. He oversees and directs the company’s Marketing/Communications, Business Development, Sales and Alliance Implementation teams.
Mr. Farmer directs the company’s strategy and management of the customer and technical support teams, the client relations group and operations/facilities management. His professional background includes management and executive positions at service organizations similar to SentriLock.

SentriLock is pleased to announce the addition of John G. Wenker as Vice President of Finance and Controller. Wenker’s more than 25 years of financial and management experience helping organizations affect positive change give SentriLock another proven executive leader. Mr. Wenker’s professional tenure includes companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, an organization that measures its success by the success of its customers.
John has also worked for a number of other companies such as Cincinnati Tyrolit, Inc., Chiquita Brands International, Hillenbrand Industries, Inc., and Huntington National Bank. He earned his B.S.B.A. in Management and Economics at Xavier University, and went on to earn his Masters of International Management in International Finance at the highly acclaimed American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Glendale, Arizona.
Ms. Downie has more than twenty-six years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management and has maintained a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification for over eight years.
A graduate of Southern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Kim started her career with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. During her fifteen-year tenure at BMS, she successfully held various executive positions including Manager of Employee Benefit Programs, Manager of Compensation, Manager of Training and Development, and Director of Employee Relations.
She has also served as Vice-President of Human Resources at Southpointe Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri and as Chief Human Resources Officer at Koetter Woodworking in Borden, Indiana. Kim is master certified in teaching Teambuilding, Franklin Covey, and Change Management. She oversees and directs all of SentriLock’s human resource functions.
