Holiday Hours

SentriLock is committed to providing top customer service. While support is only closed a total of 7 days throughout the entire year, several of those days are coming up. We want all of our customers to be aware of our holiday schedule.

Support will be closed on Thursday, November 24, for the Thanksgiving holiday. Regular hours will resume on Friday, November 25.
Support will be closed on Saturday, December 24, and Sunday, December 25, for the Christmas holiday. Regular hours will resume Monday, December 26.
Support will be closed on Sunday, January 1, 2011, for the New Year holiday. Regular hours will resume Monday, January 2.

During this time, it is important to note that our automated services are still available 24/7 as usual! Our automated phone line can be reached at 1-877-736-8745. Our regular website and mobile website (m.sentrilock.com) will also still be available.

SentriLock Robotics Team – Infinite Resistance – Updated 2/24!

SentriLock is known for its award-winning customer service, but it’s not just their customers that they care about; SentriLock cares about the community as well. SentriLock is proud to sponsor a robotics team made up of 7 local junior high and high school students.

The SentriLock team, “Infinite Resistance,” is participating in the FIRST® Tech Challenge (FTC), a worldwide robotics competition. FIRST® (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) was founded in 1989 to inspire young people’s interest and participation in science and technology. Based in Manchester, NH, the 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit public charity designs accessible, innovative programs that motivate young people to pursue education and career opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math, while building self-confidence, knowledge, and life skills. The students are competing for over $14 million in science and technology scholarships. Our team will be having its first competition Saturday, January 29, in Columbus, Ohio, as a prelude to the regional competition to be held in Cincinnati at iSpace. iSPACE (interactive Space Programs and Career Exploration) is a 501(C)(3) not-for-profit organization that has been serving the Greater Cincinnati area since 2001. **Update: Feb 4, 2011**

On Saturday, January 29, the Infinite Resistance team met 13 other teams in Columbus, OH, for a preliminary competition held at the Wellington School. The team placed first in the competition round and also received an award for up and coming rookie team. Way to go team!

**Update: Feb 24, 2011**

On Saturday, February 19th the Ohio First Tech Challenge Robotics competition was held at iSpace in Sharonville. The day long event involved 35 teams competing for an opportunity to represent the State of Ohio in the First Tech Challenge World competition to be held in St. Louis, MO. SentriLock sponsored team “4530 Infinite Resistance” consisting of Lakota students Isabelle Tessier, Eric Ambrus, Ryan Fisher, Kyle Fisher, Frederic Tessier, Alexandre Tessier, Mason student Nick Zhao and Loveland student Alex Bunk placed 1st in the qualification round and finished 2nd in the State of Ohio. Infinite Resistance was the youngest team in the competition, and their achievement was unprecedented for a first year team.

Great job to the Infinite Resistance Team!
