As part of our ongoing effort to provide reliability, security and availability for our customers, on Feb 3, at 6:30 AM ET, we will be upgrading our database servers. The upgrade can take up to 30 minutes. During this time the lockbox site will not be accessible, however SentriCard® renewals will still work.
