Terry Ketchem, CEO of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS®, Inc., said: “Back in 2004, the Charleston Trident Multiple Listing Service, Inc. took a calculated risk when we committed to be the first major installation of the SentriLock Lockbox system in the nation. We felt that SentriLock offered the right amount of technology at the right price. Some of the features our members have particularly liked are the convenience of the SentriCard®, the ability to track information about their lockboxes and showings online, and being able to generate contractor codes. We also love having the REALTOR® trademark on the boxes. We have found the system to be secure, cost effective, and easy to use. Recently, our MLS Board of Directors unanimously approved renewing our contract with SentriLock.”
