Independent Research Firm Rates SentriLock Number One Lockbox System in the Real Estate Industry

The Center for Success Releases National Lockbox Survey that Ranks SentriLock Tops in Key Areas, Including: Conversion, Administration, Pricing and Members’ Attitudes. The Third Straight Year SentriLock has Ranked Highest in Two Different National Surveys. 2009-survey-award-300x130

(PRWEB) May 13, 2009 — An independent research firm has determine that  SentriLock has again been rated as the top lockbox provider in a national survey of more than 100 Boards of REALTORS®, REALTOR® Associations and Multiple Listing Service executives. According to the Texas-based Center for Success , 96 percent of SentriLock clients would recommend the company and its products. “When it comes to lockbox providers, our findings demonstrate that SentriLock ranks at the top of the categories that matter most to Association Executives and Multiple Listing Service Executives,” said Jon Morse, Managing Director for The Center for Success. The Center for Success nationwide survey conducted last month and also found that SentriLock’s client satisfaction was higher than its competitors in four key areas:
  • Seamless Conversion – SentriLock clients were two and a half times more likely to be “very satisfied” than a competing lockbox company’s customers following the conversion to their product.
  • Day-to-Day Administration – 78 percent of those surveyed were “very satisfied” with the day-to-day administration of SentriLock’s lockboxes, versus only 46 percent who were very satisfied by a competing lockbox company.
  • Pricing – 41 percent of SentriLock’s clients were “very satisfied” with their pricing while just 17 percent of a competing lockbox company’s customers were very satisfied.
  • Members’ Attitudes – 43 percent of SentriLock clients were “very satisfied” while 38 percent of a competing lockbox company’s members’ attitudes were very satisfied.
The survey asked respondents to rank several factors in order of importance when selecting a lockbox vendor. AEs and MLS executives said the following were the four most important criteria when selecting a lockbox vendor:
  • Home security
  • Administrative ease of use
  • Price
  • Web-based administrative tools
